Racism and Discrimination

When populations are not treated equally and bias toward groups from some medical professionals is present, adequate medical care and treatment is hindered and disease prevention fails. We analyze systematic racism in health care and offer insight to medical professionals about identifying racism, unspoken biases and how to combat both.
