Sean Haley

Dr. Haley is the Interim Executive Director at the Center for Civic & Public Policy Improvement and President of the Haley Responsive Education Corporation. For years he has focused on creating organizational efficiency, stakeholder empowerment, community equity, and success. As a strategist, facilitator, developer, executive leader, and coach, he has positively impacted communities of various demographics nationally while working with multiple leaders and stakeholders. In addition, Dr. Haley serves on several boards and coalitions that seek to empower individuals and communities.
Across his career, Dr. Haley has served as a consultant for several high-impact agencies, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, International Center for Leadership in Education, Institute for Public School Initiatives, and National CARES Mentoring Movement. He is a native Houstonian, earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Morehouse College, a master's degree in Education specializing in Curriculum and Instruction, and a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
