Kristen Morrison graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Master of Public Health and a focus in Community Health Education. She served in AmeriCorps VISTA as a Capacity Building Consultant and Community Engagement Ambassador and is currently the Director of Community Education & Outreach at the HEALTH Research Institute. Over the past few years, Kristen’s work focuses on addressing the non-medical determinants of health in underserved communities and is passionate about empowering others and helping communities improve. She enjoys providing health education classes and discussions, engaging with community members, and building community partnerships to identify solutions to health equity. Kristen is thrilled to be a part of the HEALTH Research Institute.
